wsffhkl™ is operated by Quanzhou Fanyou Trading Co., Ltd. These terms apply to purchases through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented at checkout. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Descriptions

We offer plant care accessories for watering, plant support, repotting, and everyday care. Review each product description and its care instructions before purchasing. Plants, pots, and decorative props are not included unless the product listing expressly says otherwise.

Colors may vary slightly with screen settings and lighting. Product illustrations do not guarantee a particular plant growth result. Nothing in these terms limits your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

3. Prices & Payment

Store prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is explicitly displayed. Available payment methods, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the order total appear at checkout before payment. We may update prices for future purchases. An accepted order will not be charged a higher price without your agreement.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. If payment has been collected for a canceled item, we will refund the amount paid for that item and any related charges that no longer apply.

If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and request your agreement to any proposed change, or cancel and refund the affected purchase.

5. Shipping & Delays

Standard order processing is 1–3 business days. Estimated U.S. transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is $4.99 for eligible orders below $49 and free for eligible orders of $49 or more, calculated after discounts and before tax.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping date or cancellation with a full refund for unshipped items. We will obtain your agreement where required and will not treat an indefinite delay as automatically accepted. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original condition. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items are handled separately, without requiring them to be unused if reasonable inspection revealed the issue. 7. Responsible Use & Consumer Rights

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions. Handle glass, pointed stakes, and small components carefully. Select accessories appropriate for your plants and check watering and support arrangements regularly.

We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under the laws applicable to your purchase. No exclusive foreign venue or mandatory arbitration requirement is imposed by these terms.

8. Updates

We may revise these terms for future transactions. The version presented when you place your order applies to that purchase, except where a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
